This light-hearted craft group will be led by one of Sonoma County’s most delightful, experienced teachers Truth Almond.
Truth, an early Sonoma County pioneer of Waldorf doll-making, creates dolls of natural materials with faces that show a ‘suggestion’ of personality while not having a fixed expression. Her playful yet deeply-felt boy and girl figures have lovely wool hair and handmade cotton clothing. She has exhibited and sold her creations at farmers’ markets, school craft fairs and children’s stores around the Bay Area for the last 35 years, bringing an amazing assortment of human, fairy, mermaid and animal creatures to life.
$138 - Class Fee includes all-natural materials of cotton & wool for doll. Deposit is $40 to secure spot. Payments can be made on the website or in-store.
Clothing & patterns for sale.
